The Beer Temple, starting as a small craft beer boutique 2013 and expanding to include a taproom and event space, was created to offer a unique selection of draft beers from around the world and to share the owner's passion with their patrons. Providing beer education is a core mission of The Beer Temple. Both the bottle shop and the tap room regularly are recognized as being among the best in the world. Chris is a Siebel Institute Master of Beer Styles and Evaluation, a Certified Cicerone, a national BJCP Beer Judge, and has been recognized as the beverage industry professional of the year by the Chicago Tribune. The goal of education continues outside the taproom and bottleshop through The Beer Temple Podcast and Insiders Roundtable, which provide unique insights into the craft beer community and was named the podcast of the year by the North American Guild of Beer Writers.
